We stayed in Garden Villa for our honeymoon and it was awesome. Total private space and beautifully surrounded nature was just what we have wanted. The warm welcome from the staffs made us feel at home and we will like to say our heartfelt thank you to the Banjaran family. I will definitely recommend to others for the experience. It was an overall a worth while magical moments.

I had a 6D5N retreat at The Banjaran under the Rejuvenation Retreat programme. It's an all-inclusive programme which includes accommodation, meals from a detox menu, spa treatments and optional wellness activities such as yoga or meditation sessions. It's the best thing I've done for myself in my birthday month and after a hectic period at work. The service was always lovely, from the hospitality team at the front desk, the housekeeping team, the spa and wellness team and the F&B team at Pomelo and Jeff's Cellar. I was treated like royalty.

Fantastic stay at this stunning resort. The private natural hot tub and plunge pool in our water villa were amazing, the pool area and hot springs and caves were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and extensive. A luxurious and unique stay, everything was high quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is thoughtfully designed to optimize every attraction there is on site. Service was amazing and food menu too was carefully curated to serve every tastebud - local, Asian or western. 10/10 will return!

We booked the Banjaran for the middle weekend of a two week second honeymoon. It was meant to be the highlight, and filled that role perfectly. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were being pampered in a very special place.
 

Decided to bring my wife for a belated anniversary trip, and I'm glad I booked directly with the hotel since I was able to get a better rate as compared with other hotel booking sites. Furthermore, the staff provided us with an amazing room and special treat for our anniversary :) The hotel is definitely a luxurious experience, and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a nice place and a must stay place for anyone who is looking for relax & nice beautiful surrounded nature, and good staff hospitality. Raymond Koh (Director of Operations) "turun padang" and talk to every guests to ensure all are happy and needs are met. Cheah Wan Theng (Front Office Manager) and staffs also quite helpful.Totally private hotspring in room make it an awesome place to really relax and enjoy every moment there. We also given complimentary entry to Lost World Theme Park, to further make our stay even fantastic.We will definitely recommend this place to all our relatives and friends.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Banjaran. It was a really relaxing stay even if it was for one night, there was always something to do and see. The resort is breathtaking and well-maintained. The staff service is truly exceptional, with everyone super helpful and friendly. We had dinner at Jeff's Cellar which was a whole experience on its own, worth the splurge. Will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to escape the city.

From the moment you enter the property the peace and beauty of the resort comes through. The facilities at our villa were excellent, small plunge pool, geothermal pool, shaded balcony overlooking the water. The Spa was excellent, gym well equipped and food throughout was on a very high standard. Dining one night in “Jeff's Cellar” is an experience not to be missed. Staff were all very helpful and both the operations manager and general manager took the time to check everything was okay with our stay.

Everything was excellent be it the cleanliness, environment, service, or the facilities. Check in was hassle free. The place is so huge that they provide buggy service to get to any part of the retreat. Staffs were very professional and friendly. There's just so much to say in my head but I'll end it in one note. This is the best experience we have ever had so far and we have no doubt that others have no regret to have a stay here as well.

I had the privelege of staying at the Banjaran recently and the entire stay surpassed my expectations and then some! I felt truly cocooned not only within the confines of the limestone caves surrounding the resort but also in the warmth, care & excellent hospitality accorded to me by each & every one of the resort staff I came across during my stay. For me, the resort was a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This is the first time I've ever posted a Trip Advisor review, but the Banjaran is so extraordinary and so beautiful that I wanted to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made so welcome - looked after by Theng, Raymond and particularly Grace. We loved our villas - chic and spacious without being stark or minimalist, but it was the beauty of the whole place that was really so special. Take the opportunity to visit the organic gardens with lovely Chef Boon.

Had a super wonderful 2 nights stay at Banjaran Hotsprings. It was a super delayed local honeymoon for us as the pandemic put all stops to overseas travelling. Definitely no regrets choosing Banjaran. We were so well taken care off from the moment we arrived till we checked out. And also definitely worth a mention - service and food at Jeff's Cellar! We enjoyed very much the beauty of nature in this resort. Apart from the splendid atmosphere around the villas, “People” is the best part of staying. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and thoughtful, from reservation, concierge, house keeping to restaurant personnel (both Pomelo & Jeff’s Cellar). Celebrated my husband's birthday at Banjaran recently, Chef Boon was so thoughtful for curating a special menu for my diet request all throughout our 3 day 2 night's stay. Couldn't have thanked him more. The birthday dinner at Jeff's cellar & Pomelo was just perfect, food and staff service was excellent.The whole stay was just a wonderful experience, where we relax unwind and rejuvenate from stress at work. Special thanks to all the staff especially Chef Boon and team, Raymond, Aida, Natasha, and all at the spa & housekeeping dept. In fact I'm already planning to come back for my wedding anniversary
