FREE Pool Access with the Signature Hi-Tea Buffet at Sunway Putra Hotel

Make the most of your weekends with a delightful dining experience at Kopi House and enjoy complimentary access to our swimming pool. 
When you confirm your weekend hi-tea buffet booking, you are entitled to a 60-minute free pool access session on the same day.

Pool Access Timing and Sessions
Guests may select from one of the following one-hour sessions:

-1st session: 12.30pm to 1.30pm
-2nd session: 1.30pm to 2.30pm
-3rd session: 2.30pm to 3.30pm

Terms and Conditions
Pool access is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis, and is subject to availability.

• Access to the pool is only available on the same day as your hi-tea buffet booking.
• Guests must adhere to their allocated time slot.
• Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels. Towel rental is available for RM15 per towel.
• Proper swimwear is required in the pool. Cotton clothing, regular or jersey t-shirts, and streetwear are not allowed.
• Guests returning to Kopi House after their swim must be dressed appropriately to continue their dining experience.
• Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older at all times during their pool visit.
• There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
• In the event of unfavourable weather that renders the pool unsafe or inaccessible, rescheduling or alternative time slots will not be provided.
• This offer is not applicable to any promotional or seasonal buffet bookings.
• Booking will only be confirmed after full payment for the hi-tea buffet is made.
• Pool access is non-transferable and valid only for the individual(s) booked under the hi-tea session.
• Guests must vacate the pool promptly at the end of their allocated time slot to accommodate the next session.
• Management reserves the right to refuse pool access to any guest not complying with the rules or deemed unfit for entry.
• Smoking and outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Sunway Putra Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the use of the pool facilities.
