1. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
2. The hotel reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM is subject to availability.

Deposit Policy

• Your credit card will be charged for the total reservation amount of the booking.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Reservation(s) cannot be cancelled, modified or adjusted after booking.
• Pre-payment will not be refunded for cancellations or shortened stays.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The giveaway is open to guests who book the “8 Years of Excellence Stay Package” during the campaign period.
2. Eligible bookings must be made between 4 September – 30 September 2025 and for stays from 4 September – 31 October 2025.
3. Each booking under this package will receive one (1) automatic entry into the giveaway. Extension bookings made under the same package will be considered as additional entries.
4. Prizes are as follows:
   • Splash Out Staycation Package for 2 Adults + 1 Child (1 Winner)
   • Enchanted Escape Package for 2 Adults (1 Winner)
   • Batik Totebag Painting Experience for 2 pax (1 Winner)
5. Winners will be randomly selected after the campaign ends and will be announced on the hotel’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
6. The hotel’s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding.
7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
8. The hotel reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar items of equal value without prior notice.
9. By participating, guests agree to allow the hotel to use their names and booking details (without disclosing personal financial information) for announcement and marketing purposes related to this campaign.
