PARKING
If you are a visitor with wheels, you'll be able to conveniently park your car within our premises.
For self-drive, please use Entry A to access the basement car park located at levels B2 and B3 with direct lift access to the hotel's lobby.
Flat Rate Redemption:
Before checking out, please visit our reception desk to redeem your flat rate parking code. A nominal flat parking rate of MYR 7.00 applies to each car, per exit.
Please note that failure to validate your parking before exiting will result in standard parking charges. The hotel will not be held liable for any additional charges incurred.
Payment Methods:
• At the Cashless Kiosk located at the B2 lift landing area, you can pay using e-wallets, credit cards, or debit cards. Scan the flat rate QR code provided by the reception before completing your payment.
• Alternatively, if you are a Sunway Super App user, you can pay via the app by entering the flat rate code before confirming the payment.
• Grace Period: After payment, you will have a 15-minute grace period to exit the parking lot.
Valet Parking:
• Valet parking is available at the hotel and is chargeable at MYR 50+ per entry, per day for guests who wish to enjoy added convenience.
Important Notes:
• The hotel flat rate does not apply to Preferred Parking zones.
• Please do not use physical Touch ‘n Go cards when exiting, as the system cannot verify flat rate eligibility for these cards.
• Buggy Service is available and provided by the Car Park Helpdesk. It operates from 9AM to 1AM. For inquiries, you can contact them at +603-2786 3940 or proceed to Level B2 in the Yellow Zone, Pillar D23 for assistance.
• Disabled (OKU) Parking is near lift lobbies for easy access, located in various zones. Locations are as below:
Red Zone
• B1, Pillar B24
• B2, Pillar A18
• B3, Pillar A18 / A24 / B29
Yellow Zone
• B2, Pillar D20 / D23
• B3, Pillar D26 / E29 / G23
Green Zone
• B1, Pillar A15
• B2 & B3, Pillar B16

If you’re driving to the hotel and arriving only after 10.00 pm, kindly proceed to the hotel’s car park via Entry A on Jalan Cheras. This entrance is the most convenient to guests and it provides direct access from levels B2 and B3 to the hotel’s lobby.
