This year, our Kembara Ramadan theme is geared up to bring diners on a journey of exploration from North to South, and East to West through Malaysia to rediscover the nostalgia of authentic Malay dishes. Get ready, because our chefs are cooking up some of the most iconic dishes from the 14 Malaysian states for your to enjoy! Expect more than 70 dishes on this Ramadan culinary journey, with over 40 authentic Malay delicacies you'll recognise from all around the country.
Diners are in for a culinary treat with a multitude of delicacies to entice the tastebuds and revitalise the palate, alongside four (4) exciting live action stalls, as well as a variety of kuih muih and desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Come savour our 'Super Sedap' Chef Highlights like Nasi Briyani Gam Johor, Ikan Pari Masak Asam Pedas from Melaka, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Daging Salai Berlado Nogori, Assam Laksa Penang and so much more as we bring dishes from around Malaysia to you.
Alongside the nostalgic and mouth-watering recipes to entice the palate are the many must-have recurrent dishes, served during the nightly berbuka puasa buffet dinner at 6.30pm to 10.30pm from 13 April to 12 May 2021 at the Coffee House, located on level 9 at Sunway Putra hotel Kuala Lumpur.
