Kuala Lumpur, 2 March 2023 – Sunway Putra Hotel’s “Iftar ‘Kuliner’ Nusantara” Ramadan Buffet has been endorsed by His Excellency Ambassador Hermono, Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur at the Coffee House, Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 1 March 2023.
Over 100 officials from various embassies in Kuala Lumpur, Indonesian business entrepreneurs, business owners, organisations, media, bloggers and influencers gathered to experience the historic gastronomic event adopting the concept of ‘Serumpun’ literally meaning ‘of the same roots’ between Malaysia and Indonesia.
Launched and endorsed by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur, H.E. Ambassador Hermono, “Iftar ‘Kuliner’ Nusantara” translated as ‘Iftar Culinary Archipelego’ aims to transport guests to Indonesia without having to leave Malaysia.
