Check in/Check out policy:
•Check in time is after 15:00 and Check out time is before 12:00 noon. 
•Early check-in and free late check out until 2pm are subject to room availability.
•Late check out until 6pm 50% of room rate charge. 

Cancellation Policy:
•All cancellations should be done 14 days prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges. 
•All No shows will also attract 1 day's retention charges. A non-refundable reservation fees is billed to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation or to company.
•Early departure policy, will applied full cancellation charge for rest of stay
