PENANG STREET ART

One of the main attractions of George Town are its street arts and wall murals. Since George Town’s declaration as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2008, drawings of world-renowned Lithuanian artist, Ernest Zacharevic and local steel caricatures have shone a steady spotlight in the eyes of the international audience. Where to see it: Look around the streets in Georgetown such as Armenian Street, Cannon Street, Ah Quee Street and Muntri Street, to name a few.
