KAPITAN KELING MOSQUE
Another religious site with a long span of history behind it, this mosque was built in 1801 and today stands as the biggest mosque in George Town Penang.

CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION
Built in the same year Francis Light first came to Penang in 1786, this Catholic church now stands as a World Heritage Church and is definitely worth a visit.

This is one of the most ornamented clanhouses in Penang, and its grandeur marks the arrival of the Khoo family from China, dating back over six centuries ago.
