GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)

All rates and prices quoted in the Hotel are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subjected to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Government Tax. Starting on 1 April 2015, the existing Government Tax would be replaced by the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6%.

The following illustrates an example of a computation of nett prices:

If the room rate is at RM400.00++, the Service Charge is at 10% and the GST is at 6%, then the total Service Charge is RM40.00 and total GST will be RM26.40. Therefore, the rate / price payable will be revised to MYR 466.40 nett, including the GST.
