If you'd like to travel from the KLIA and KLIA 2 airports to the hotel by bus, the most convenient way is taking an express bus to KL Sentral, the switching to the KTM Komuter line to Setia Jaya station, and finally switching to the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Sunway Line to the Sunway Lagoon stop.
