C. Public Transport from Singapore
By bus > Causeway Link CW7L:
To the hotel (Tuas Checkpoint → Sunway Big Box Retail Park):
1. Board the CW7L bus at the Tuas Second Link checkpoint.
2. The bus will stop along the roadside opposite Sunway Big Box Retail Park.
3. From there, walk across the road and take the stairs beside the bus stop up to the Ground Floor.
4. Walk straight ahead until you see a café called “Fin & Feather”, and Sunway Hotel Big Box is located right next to it.
5. Our hotel is conveniently linked to the retail park for easy access.
Return to Tuas Checkpoint, Singapore (Sunway Big Box Retail Park → Tuas Checkpoint):
1. Exit the hotel via the same route and return to the Sunway Big Box Retail Park bus stop.
2. Board the CW7L bus heading back to the Tuas Second Link checkpoint in Singapore.

By Train:
Guests traveling from Singapore may take the Shuttle Tebrau Train from Woodlands Train Checkpoint to JB Sentral in Johor Bahru. The train ride takes only about 5 minutes and is the fastest way to cross the border during peak hours.
From JB Sentral, you can conveniently book a Grab or taxi to Sunway Hotel Big Box, located approximately 35 minutes (depending on the traffic) away in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri.

D. Public transport from Kuala Lumpur
By Bus:
Several express bus operators offer daily services from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru (Larkin Sentral) or Iskandar Puteri. From there, you may take a Grab or taxi directly to the hotel.
By Train:
Guests may also travel by ETS or KTM Intercity train from KL Sentral to JB Sentral. Upon arrival, take a Grab or taxi to Sunway Hotel Big Box.
