1.	All benefits and privileges listed are available exclusively for members of Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Sunway Pyramid Hotel and Sunway Clio Hotel when they book direct with us on https://www.sunwayhotels.com/sunwayresorthotelspa/
2.	Be a member by clicking on the “sign-up” button located at the top of the page.
3.	Late check-out is subject to availability at the participating hotels.
4.	Discounts off our best available rate is applicable to room bookings only (with breakfast) and not valid for any packages that are currently being offered by the hotel.
5.	Book Direct & Save benefits are not applicable if bookings are made through travel agents, airlines, hotel representatives and other booking websites.
6.	Benefits are only applicable for individual room bookings of up to nine (9) rooms.
7.	All complimentary vouchers will be issued upon check-in and has an expiry date which is subject to change without prior notice.
8.	Dining deal is applicable to ala carte menu orders (The Resort Café, The Lobby Lounge, The Club Lounge, On-the-Rockz, and Café West) and dinner buffet (The Resort Café and Café West). This offer is not valid with other dining offerings and/or promotions.
9.	Prior reservation must be made at the spa to enjoy the complimentary 15-minute massage at Mandara Spa and is subject to availability. Entitlement will be based on total number of occupant booked except for guest aged 15 and below.
