1. The Vuvuzela (Water Park)
Named after the intense African horn that debuted at the FIFA 2010 World Cup, the Vuvuzela is the world’s largest vortex water ride. Prepare to be launched from an 11-storey tower and rocket through a thrilling series of twists and turns, likened to riding the rapids in a flooding river, before plummeting into the world’s largest water funnel. Next, you’ll experience zero gravity as you shoot up the other side of the funnel to reach the apex of the ride through four thrilling spins before exiting the flume in one final spectacular plunge! Dizzy yet?
2. Waterplexx 5D (Water Park)
Imagine a cinematic experience that brings to life all of your senses and you’ve got an idea of what to expect at the Waterplexx 5D. Be part of the action; live the life of a pirate or swim through an underwater wonderland as you feel the fog, smoke effects, water jets, fountains and mist - all packed into an ultimate interactive journey unlike any other.
3. African Pythons (Water Park)
Love water slides? You need to try out the African Pythons! Our giant water slides let you speed downhill in an enclosed slide, a half-open slide or a fully-open slippery slide made especially for the adrenaline junkie.
4. FlowRider (Water Park)
Ride the waves any time of the year at Sunway Lagoon’s Surf Beach, a man-made wonder right here in the city! Malaysia’s only surf simulator, the FlowRider, lets you take to the 8-foot waves with a rented flowboard or a private flow-riding session with a coach. If surfing’s not your thing, you can try out body boarding, beach volleyball or just get some sun at the beach.
5. Pirate’s Revenge (Amusement Park)
As you walk around Sunway Lagoon, you’ll probably notice a large ship in the shape of a galleon, spinning around; that’s the Pirate’s Revenge, Malaysia’s first 360-degree rotating pirate ship! Survive the ride, and you’ll earn a certificate to prove it. Not recommended for the faint-hearted, though.
6. Grand Canyon River Rapids (Extreme Park)
In the Wild Wild West of Sunway Lagoon, you’ll find the raging waters of the Grand Canyon River Rapids, where you’ll travel on a raft down swirling waters and dark tunnels as you’re shadowed by stealthy Apache Indians.
7. Flying Fox (Extreme Park)
If you’ve never tried a Flying Fox before, you’re in for a treat. We’re proud to present to you Malaysia’s longest flying fox, which spans for 206 metres across Sunway Lagoon. On your ride down from the hill, you’ll zip past a volcano and over the Surf Beach where you can see swimmers and people in kayaks, swan boats and pedal boats. Watch out for the wet landing!
8. G-Force X (Extreme Park)¹
If your idea of fun is being propelled into the sky at the speed of a Formula One car, then you definitely have to try out the G-Force X, Asia’s fastest slingshot ride that goes from 0 – 120km/h in two seconds and up to 65 metres in height. What an amazing adrenaline rush! Just don’t do it right after breakfast.
9. Bungy Jump (Extreme Park)¹
The ultimate leap of faith, the Bungy Jump at the Extreme Park features a sweat-inducing 22-metre drop, the height of an eight-storey building. But relax, you’re in good hands; each jump is carefully managed by a trained operator from AJ Hackett International, a renowned bungy jumping company with a track record of over two million jumps without any major incidents.
10. World War Z (Scream Park)
Kuala Lumpur turns ground zero in World War Z Live, the latest addition to our Scream Park, World War Z puts you firmly in the middle of the war against zombies. Helicopters are waiting to rescue you but to reach them you have to make your way through a three-storey industrial complex swarming with zombies. Good luck!
