FISH HEAD CURRY
Sunway Putra Hotel’s Fish Head Curry is definitely a must-try! Whether it is for lunch or dinner, head to the Coffee House located at Level 9 of the Hotel and sample this scrumptious delight, specially prepared by our culinary expert Chef Rossham Rosli, the Executive Chef Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
The fish is carefully selected and marinated with turmeric powder, salt and pepper. The curry base is cooked using onions, shallots and garlic sautéed with curry powder and fresh tomatoes; adding other spices and herbs such as tamarind, yogurt, green cardamom, black cumin, green chilies, coriander seeds and nutmeg. The simmering process is completed when coconut milk and the marinated Red Snapper Fish are added to these.

A generous portion of Fish Head Curry is priced at MYR48 nett per bowl, served with two steamed white rice and appetizing vegetables. For a bigger portion, it is MYR78 nett per bowl and perfect for 4-person dining.
